Raised in the small town of Oakdale in Smyrna, Ga, Chef Coleman Hill has always known his way around the kitchen. His parents always found a way to make sure a home cooked meal was ready for him and his two sisters to devour any time day or night. This sense of commitment and love for family through food has carried over into his everyday life. As a Le Cordon Bleu Graduate, and aspiring restauranteur, he has worked in every aspect of the foodservice industry. From server to chef, bartender to now personal chef and caterer, you can be assured he has the knowledge to get the job done right!
Alongside Chef Coleman is Chef Ryan Meyer, who also grew up in Smyrna, Ga. He has spent the last 15 years of his life in a professional kitchen setting, enabling him to learn and fine tune his craft to perfection. Ryan's upbringing was similar to Coleman's with an importance placed on family meal time. With love for family and passion for food Ryan pours commitment into his work....and it shows! From down home southern style cooking, to exotic French cousine, there is not a style of cooking that he cannot master.
